Returns & Refunds Policy

Because every product is custom-made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference changes
  • Color expectations due to monitor differences

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged;
  • defective;
  • misprinted;
  • or you receive the wrong item,

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number;
  • photos of the product;
  • photos of the packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because products are made specifically for your order.
